An independently owned billboard company in Missouri, is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and hard working individual to sell outdoor advertising in the Kansas City metro area and the surrounding communities. Applicants must be self-starters with strong communication and time management skills as well as adequate computer knowledge. Those applying must not be afraid of cold calling.

The position main purpose is to meet and exceed the sales objective in the assigned territory by promoting and selling outdoor advertising to qualified advertisers. You will be expected to use professional sales techniques to build and develop long term advertising relationships.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Continuously identifying potential growth areas by prospecting and cold-calling
• Prepare written presentations and proposals to present to clients
• Servicing newly acquired accounts while continuously building successful client relationships.
The candidate will have the support of management that has many years of experience in the outdoor advertising business.
