General Manager, Coastal Outdoor Advertising

General Manager of small outdoor advertising company based in Myrtle Beach, SC. (approx. 1,000 sign faces ­ no posters). Primary responsibilities would be creating and managing annual budget with monthly P&L's. Manage staff of 8 to 9 employees and assist them with day to day decisions. Purchasing new billboard structures and acquiring permits. Work with local and state offices with regards to regulatory issues. Overseeing subcontractors on sign construction and maintenance. Implementing growth, sales and accounts receivable.
